Vila Sofia’s restaurant cooks for each of its customers only unprocessed local products.Meat and Dairy products are directly bought from the shepherds of the nearby area, as well as fruits and vegetables which are often picked from the villa gardens.
Raki is made there starting from the vineyard to the processing. This traditional Albanian drink dates back more than 2,000 years ago! Our staff consists of professional chefs and assistants who know how to cook traditional dishes.
